Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Burlington County Residents Directory does not retain its own copy of those searches. When a visitor contacts us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services create routine logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable technology can support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links may lead to county or state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Each outside service controls its own privacy practices for information submitted there. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic technical data described above. Information is disclosed only when required by valid legal process.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles maintained by this site.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information to us, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
New Jersey's Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c.266, codified beginning at N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., provides consumer-data rights subject to its terms and exceptions. Because this service keeps very little visitor information, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page to make a request. Government records kept by New Jersey, Burlington County, or municipal custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the office that holds them. The 2026 data-broker law, P.L. 2026, c.25, should be checked for operative provisions before relying on a specific deadline.
